Financial Information

Dr Connor and his staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your oral health and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your health, we have outlined our payment policy.

Fees

Our fees are highly competitive and structured to provide patients with the highest quality care, materials and treatments. Every effort is made to keeps costs for services as reasonable as possible.

To keep the cost of billing down, we request payments be made at the time of service. Questions are welcome and always answered by our team of periodontal care professionals.

Fees may be paid by cash, personal check, or credit card. For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Visa. We are also a Preferred Provider under CareCredit® provides customized financing, some of which begins at 0% for a 12-month loan

Insurance

As a courtesy, our Financial Coordinator will submit all necessary forms and documentation to your benefit provider. Co-payment is expected at the time of service. We are provided ESTIMATES only from the various insurance companies and cannot always provide an exact co-payment, although every attempt to do so is made. Please keep in mind that we are a provider of services. Any amount not paid by your benefit provider becomes your responsibility.
